Recovery is the process, to recover is the start of healing and getting those lost things back, but to be RECOVERED by GOD is where we have sprung forth and come up before Him and have become steadfast, perpetual and now remain, covered by Him, where we now walk in His wisdom and understanding knowing how to keep what use to evade us, a clean and sober consistent lifestyle, no longer prone to relapse.
